What this website is for
The pages on this website explain plastic surgery and non-surgical treatments in general terms. They are written for education. They are not medical advice, and reading them does not make you a patient of the clinic. Whether a procedure is right for you can only be decided at a consultation, after Dr. Shikha has examined you and gone through your medical history.
Before and after photographs and patient stories on this website show the results of individual patients, published with their consent. Every case is different, and results vary between individuals. Nothing on this website promises a particular outcome.
Our services
The clinic offers consultations (in person at the clinic and by video call), surgical procedures and non-surgical treatments, all carried out at the clinic in Gurgaon by Dr. Shikha Bansal and her team.
- Any treatment is offered only after a consultation and a clinical assessment. Dr. Shikha may decline to treat, or recommend a different plan, if she judges a procedure is not safe or not suitable for you.
- You must be 18 or older to book or pay for a service for yourself. A parent or legal guardian must book and consent for anyone younger.
- You agree to give accurate and complete information about your health, medicines and previous treatments, and to follow the pre-operative and post-operative instructions you are given.
Bookings
You can book a consultation through the booking widget on our contact page, by phone, on WhatsApp or by leaving your number in a callback form. A booking is confirmed when the clinic team confirms the date and time with you. Video consultations are confirmed once the fee has been received.
Fees and payment
- All fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Your fee is quoted to you individually, in writing, after your consultation. How fees work is explained on our fees and payments page.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner. You can pay by debit or credit card (including international cards), UPI or net banking. Card details are entered on Razorpay’s secure payment page and are never stored by the clinic.
- If you pay with a card issued outside India, your bank converts the INR amount at its own exchange rate and may add its own fees. The clinic has no control over those charges.
- A receipt is issued for every payment.
Cancellations and refunds

Your information
How we collect and use your personal and health information, including when you pay online, is explained in our privacy policy.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, videos, logos and design on this website belong to the clinic or are used with permission. You may read and share links to our pages. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content, photographs or patient images for any other purpose without our written permission.
Links to other websites
This website links to third-party services such as Google Maps, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, our booking provider and our payment partner. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Limits of our responsibility
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is error-free or always online. We are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website instead of a consultation. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law, or any duty of care the clinic owes you as a patient.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
