How fees are quoted at Dr. Shikha Bansal's clinic in Gurgaon, which currency they are charged in, and how you can pay, including international cards through Razorpay.

How fees are quoted

Every patient is different, so this website does not carry a price list. Your fee is quoted to you individually, in writing, after your consultation with Dr. Shikha Bansal. The quote says what it includes and what it does not, so there are no surprises later.

  • Consultations are charged a fixed fee, which the clinic team tells you when you book.
  • Non-surgical treatments are quoted at the consultation, once Dr. Shikha has assessed what you need and how many sessions it will take.
  • Surgery is quoted after the consultation as a written quotation for your procedure. It lists what is included and what is charged separately, such as additional investigations, medicines, special garments, an extended hospital stay or treatment of complications, and is valid until the date printed on it.

Currency

All fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). If you pay with a card issued outside India, your bank converts the INR amount at its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. The clinic does not control those charges and they are not refundable.

How to pay

At the clinic. Cash, debit and credit cards, and UPI.

Online. Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner. You receive a payment link or pay on a secure Razorpay page, where you can use:

  • Debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and other international cards
  • UPI
  • Net banking

Your card details are entered on Razorpay’s secure page and are never seen or stored by the clinic.

When you pay

  • Consultations at the clinic are paid at your visit.
  • Video consultations are paid in advance, when you book.
  • Surgery is confirmed with a booking advance of 25% of the quoted surgery charges. The date is held only once that payment is received. The balance is paid at admission, before surgery.
  • Non-surgical treatments are paid at the clinic on the day of the treatment.

Taxes and receipts

5% GST applies to surgery charges. Taxes on other services, where they apply, are shown on your invoice. You receive a receipt for every payment, at the clinic or by email and WhatsApp for online payments.
