How much does a breast lift cost in Gurgaon?
A breast lift in Gurgaon typically starts from ₹1.4 lakh and runs to about ₹2.2 lakh with a qualified plastic surgeon in an accredited facility. Smaller scar patterns such as a crescent or periareolar lift sit at the lower end, a vertical (lollipop) lift sits in the middle, and an anchor lift or a lift combined with an implant or fat transfer sits toward the top. These are starting-from planning figures; the firm number comes after a standing examination.

These positions are planning guides, not a rate card. The implant deserves its own line: Delhi NCR quotes commonly put a standard silicone pair at around ₹40,000-60,000, and premium lines cost more, so a combined case with a premium implant or an anchor pattern can pass ₹2.2 lakh. Fat transfer adds a liposuction stage instead and gives modest volume, and because some transferred fat is reabsorbed, a second session is sometimes needed. Some grafted fat can also form small firm lumps (fat necrosis or oil cysts), which may need an ultrasound to assess. Neither an implant nor fat can reliably raise a low nipple; the lift does that.
What else moves the number
Beyond technique and volume, the surgeon and the facility shift a quote. Confirm an MCh or DNB in plastic surgery and State Medical Council registration; fees vary with training and experience. A corporate hospital carries higher overheads than a dedicated day-care facility, and an overnight stay adds room charges. What does a breast lift quote include, and what does it leave out?
Whatever the headline breast lifting cost, a complete quote should list the surgeon’s fee, anaesthesia, operating theatre charges and consumables, the first support bra, dressings and planned follow-up visits. Pre-operative tests, breast imaging, medical clearances and discharge medicines are often billed separately. Costs that arrive after surgery
A breast lift quote covers the operation, not everything that follows. Budget as well for time off work, some sagging returning over the years and the chance of a revision. Operating before pregnancies are finished can also mean paying for a second lift, and any one of these can cost more than the gap between two quotes.
Time off work
Desk work tends to resume around day 7 to 10, once pain medicine no longer causes drowsiness; physically demanding jobs need longer. Lifting young children is avoided in the early weeks and upper-body exercise waits for surgeon clearance, often around six weeks, so many mothers plan for help at home.
Settling, revisions and re-lifts
A lift resets breast position; it does not stop ageing or weight change, and how long the correction holds varies with skin quality and breast weight. A minor scar revision can often be done under local anaesthesia for much less than the original operation, while a full re-lift is quoted as a new operation.
Combined augmentation-mastopexy is a more complex operation. A 2014 pooled analysis by Khavanin and colleagues in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery found a revision operation in about 1 in 10 patients, and some single-centre series report closer to 1 in 5, most often for recurrent sagging or implant-related problems such as capsular contracture. Silicone implants call for ultrasound or MRI checks from about five to six years after surgery, then every two to three years. With an implant, the lifetime cost also includes the implant itself: implants are not lifetime devices, and capsular contracture or rupture can mean a further operation years later. Textured implants carry a rare link to a lymphoma called BIA-ALCL, which your surgeon should discuss before you choose.
A lift is usually performed under general anaesthesia. Timing after pregnancy
The most economical lift is the one done once. A later pregnancy and breastfeeding can stretch the skin again, so a lift is usually planned once the family is complete and weight has been steady for a few months, commonly around six months after breastfeeding stops.
