This policy covers consultations, treatments and surgery with Dr. Shikha Bansal at Dr Shikha B Aesthetics LLP, Sushant Lok 1, Gurgaon, whether you paid online through Razorpay or at the clinic.

## Consultations at the clinic

Consultation fees are paid at the clinic. To change or cancel an appointment, call or WhatsApp +91 96021 73742 or use the booking confirmation you received. There is no charge for cancelling or rescheduling an in-person consultation.

## Video consultations

Video consultations are paid in advance.

- **Rescheduling.** You can move your video consultation to another slot free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- **Cancelling with 24 hours' notice or more.** The fee is refunded in full.
- **Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not joining the call.** The fee is not refunded. If you missed the call for a reason outside your control, write to us and we will offer one new slot.
- **If the clinic cancels.** If Dr. Shikha has to cancel, you choose between a new slot and a full refund.

## Surgery advances

When you confirm a surgery date, you pay a booking advance of 25% of the quoted surgery charges. The date is held only once that payment is received. The remaining balance is paid at admission, before surgery. Your written quotation says what it includes and what is charged separately, and is valid until the date printed on it.

- **If you cancel.** 10% of the booking amount you paid is deducted as a cancellation charge, together with any expenses already incurred for you, such as investigations, medicines, implants, consumables or hospital charges. The rest is refunded.
- **If you reschedule instead of cancelling.** The booking amount is adjusted toward the rescheduled surgery.
- **If the clinic cancels, or you are found unfit for surgery.** If Dr. Shikha postpones or cancels your surgery, or your pre-operative assessment shows that surgery is not safe for you, you choose between a new date and a refund of everything you have paid, less the cost of investigations already done.

## Treatments already carried out

A consultation, procedure or treatment that has been carried out is not refundable. Healing and results vary between individuals, and a result that differs from what you hoped for is not a ground for a refund. If you are unhappy with your result, please talk to Dr. Shikha: she sees her own patients at every follow-up and will tell you honestly what can and cannot be done.

## How refunds are paid

- Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Online payments are refunded through Razorpay to the same card, UPI ID or bank account. Payments made at the clinic are refunded by bank transfer.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days after approval. Once processed, a refund to an Indian card, UPI ID or bank account usually appears within 5 to 7 working days. International cards can take up to 15 working days, depending on your bank.
- Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the INR amount paid. If you paid with a card issued outside India, the amount you receive in your own currency depends on your bank's exchange rate on the day, and your bank's fees are not refunded.

## How to ask for a cancellation or refund

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We resolve almost everything directly and faster.
